WestPro's systems allow for multiple carriers, efficient premium allocation for tax purposes, efficient tax reporting of taxable benefits, personalized employee benefit statements, cost center allocations and more. A one stop administration system that provides more than just billing statements.

Flexible Benefits
WestPro is committed to the 21st century evolution of benefits currently called "Flexible Benefits". Flexible Benefits allow an organization to place all of their benefits, including life insurance, disability, health and more into one custom designed package with up to five levels of coverage for each benefit. Employees make their benefit plan choices based on their lifestyle needs and the benefit plan dollars they have available to purchase desired levels of coverage. In the long term, a Flexible Benefit program can help reduce an organization's benefit plan costs, and employees become more aware of the link between benefit plan choices and costs.

Risk Placement Services
Manages risk through cost effective placement of coverage with insurers having the capability to best serve the organization's needs. WestPro ensures your organization gets the most competitive rates by conducting regular market surveys and performing on-going market analysis.

Knowledge is Power. WestPro tracks insurers' claim information for disability, drugs, and dental care components as well as provides claim usage information before a plan renewal and identifies trends. A favourable claims position can greatly assist in renewal rate negotiations.

WestPro evaluates the cost-effectiveness of coverage elements such as frequency of dental check ups, the use of alternative drug benefit delivery methods, and the value that may be provided by disability specialists and managed care providers.

WestPro coordinates the resources of diagnostic services such as rehabilitation and return to work specialists and insurers to monitor and control the causes, consequences and costs of disability. Effective strategies are implemented and maintained by a team of professionals working with sophisticated support systems to track and analyze trends and results.

Preferred Provider Networks
These networks can deliver economies of scale, such as savings with the volume purchase of prescription drugs, vision care benefits and other services. WestPro takes care of the technical details of Preferred Provider Networks and manages the exchange of employee data and utilization profiles as required.
